Somerset Guardianship Lawyer

Somerset Guardianship Lawyer, Kisha M. HebbonNavigating the Complexities of Guardianship

Oftentimes due to age, accident, mental illness, incapacity or another event, an individual may not be able to make their own health care or financial decisions. If the appropriate estate planning is not in place, it is necessary to file for guardianship of the incapacitated individual. At the Law Offices of Kisha M. Hebbon, Attorney Hebbon serves as the attorney appointed by the Court to represent alleged incapacitated individuals in Somerset County. She also represents individuals who are interested in filing for guardianship of their loved ones in cases where she is not appointed by the Court to represent the alleged incapacitated person.
