Attorney Kisha M. Hebbon was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was raised in Camden, New Jersey. In 1997, she received her Bachelors of Science degree in Administration of Justice from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey. In 2000, she received her Juris Doctorate from Rutgers School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. Attorney Hebbon is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey.

Upon graduating from Rutgers School of Law, Attorney Hebbon went to work for the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Hackensack, New Jersey, where she gained tremendous criminal litigation and appellate practice experience. While assigned to the Appellate Section, Attorney Hebbon handled municipal court appeals in the areas of DWI, traffic offenses, harassment, assault, and possession of marijuana.

After leaving the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, Attorney Hebbon did criminal defense appellate work. Attorney Hebbon attributes her success in this area to her strong writing skills and her ability to spot key issues.
